It is a way to keep us closer and to share our adventures, joys and agenda.

Our website will remain alive and up to date, so will our accounts on the different social networks, but we hope that with this Newsletter we can keep you up to date on a regular basis with the most important news and seasonal developments.

We will be occasionally in your inbox, hoping to be a way to keep the Kamchàtka community scattered around the world.

ALTER in THE GUARDIAN

When we started writing this Newsletter we were planning to share one of the best reviews our show ALTER has received in 2023 as well as a superb article about the show and about our work process…

But the new year has given us a special surprise bonus track on top of that:

Our latest production has been recognised by The Guardian as one of the 10 best shows of 2023!

Moreover, ALTER, is the only foreign production in a non-conventional format to appear on this list: all the more reason to celebrate and share this wonderful accolade with you.

CÔTE À CÔTE

From April 29th to May 4th we will be in the South of France, close to Marseille, between Martigues and Port-de-Bouc, with a special site-specific project entitled ‘CÔTE À CÔTE’, which will include: workshops, collaboration with local associations, shows, unannounced appearances, and a big final event on the banks of the ‘Canal de Caronte’.

Martigues and Port-de-Bouc are two municipalities located next to each other, connected by the same canal, they share a history linked to the port, the sea and immigration...

Suddenly, a large group of men and women appear, as if from the pages of ancient photos and films, in search of their own history. They interrupt everyday life, create new synergies, bring the past to life in order to discover that the story they tell belongs not only to both cities but perhaps also to each one of us.

Since 2023 we have been working hand in hand with two of France’s most prominent National Centres for Artistic Creation in Public Space: LE CITRON JAUNE, LIEUX PUBLICS and with local theatre LE SÉMAPHORE as well as the cities of MARTIGUES and PORT-DE- BOUC.

We are once again taking a chance on a risky and innovative production, but as always, in tune with the themes that inspire and intrigue us.
