MUSIC FOR WILD BEASTS / A jungle-concert where the beasts are free to roam and run wild.

When I go to see a classical music concert there is an orchestra with suits on, a conductor who continuously moves his hands conducting the musicians, a concert hall full of people who are very attentive and well dressed, the hall is impeccable and well lit with scores of elegant and polite ushers, silence rule… But… Could it be just the contrary?

Musical pieces: The Carnival of the Animals (Camille Saint Saens) and other pieces about animals to be decided with the orchestra.

Artistic direction: Adrian Schvarzstein
Performers: Cristina Aguirre, Maïka Eggericx, Sergi Estebanell, Claudio Levati, Andrea Lorenzetti, Amaya Mínguez, Judit Ortiz, Lluís Petit, Josep Roca, Edu Rodilla, Santi Rovira, Gary Shochat, Jordi Solé, Prisca Villa.
Orchestra and conductor: to be chosen by the organizer.

A production of CARRER 88, S.L. accompanied by Melando, commissioned for the 2009 Barcelona GREC international festival.
